Our Marketing Methods

How my team and I work to capture more results with targeted sporting lodge marketing, and inn marketing strategies

Clients often like to know what process we use to tackle projects. Though it varies from job to job, depending on size and purpose (a website vs. a sales email), here is a general run-down of what we do for sporting lodge marketing, guest ranch marketing and inn marketing programs:

  1. We gather as much information as possible about the product or service, the business, the competition and the market. This will include past promotions (both online and offline), brochures, all website URLS, customer feedback, competitors' promos, etc.
  2. We study the information in-depth then create a computer file of information pulled from the various sources. This reduces piles of research into a convenient printout of between 2 and 20 or so single-spaced pages.
  3. We perform an in-depth Website Review covering 53 different points concerning design, usability and conversion power.
  4. We perform an Online Marketing Analysis to find out how strong the client's current presence is on major internet, social and mobile platforms. From there we can determine what the client is doing well and where the holes are in their marketing program.
  5. Based on the information we've gathered and results of the Website Review and Online Marketing Analysis, we recommend a marketing program we believe will best fit the client's needs and goals. This may include recommending one of our pre-designed packages, or creating a customized plan.
  6. Once the program is approved by the client, we move onto the set-up phase (takes 30-60 days) and then the monthly growth program.
  7. Each month we analyze results and report them to the client, making adjustments as needed to take advantage of the best-performing strategies.
